2. NATURE AND PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

The storage and processing of personal data is based on the service agreements between Conqure GmbH and its customers for the purpose of the search and placement of experts. Candidate data are processed on the basis of Article 6 (1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with their consent. The data are processed on the basis of Article 6 (1)(a) or (f) GDPR.

Conqure GmbH processes the following categories of personal data:

• Name, title and address incl. telephone and e-mail
• Date of birth
• Nationality
• Marital status
• Qualification data (such as certificates)
• Behavior and performance data
• Payroll data
• Contact person with contact information

5. RECIPIENT OF PERSONAL DATA

Data from customers will not be forwarded and candidate data will be forwarded to our clients after your approval.

6. DURATION OF THE STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

After collection, your data will be stored by Conqure GmbH for as long as necessary in compliance with statutory retention periods. Your data will be stored in our talent pool for two years without any relevant contact.

7. DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the following rights:

If your personal data are processed, you have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR). If incorrect personal data are processed, you are entitled to a correction (Art. 16 GDPR). If the legal prerequisites exist, you can request the deletion or limitation of the processing as well as enter an objection to the processing (Articles 17, 18 and 21 GDPR). If you have consented to the data processing or signed a data processing agreement and the processing of data is carried out using automated procedures, you may be entitled to data portability (Article 20 GDPR). If you make use of your rights mentioned above, the Conqure GmbH checks whether the legal requirements for this are met.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR CONSENT

If you have consented to the processing by the Conqure GmbH with a corresponding statement, you can revoke the consent at any time for the future. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the withdrawal is not affected by this.
