After completing her bachelor’s degree in economics at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Julia Conzelmann completed her master’s degree at the University of New South Wales in Australia. In 2015 she started her career in recruitment for the pharmaceutical industry. It quickly became clear that she found her passion and she has been able to support numerous companies in filling positions over the years. She founded CONQURE with the vision of offering the best personnel consultancy in the life sciences industry. Every day she works passionately with her team on this vision and develops it constantly.

After completing her bachelor’s degree in teaching, Tetiana Schneider, who is born in Ukraine, completed a second bachelor’s degree in Germany at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Heilbronn in 2016. By chance, she started her first job in recruitment and she developed real enthusiasm for the profession. In her long career as a personnel consultant, Tetiana Schneider has been able to advise many pharma companies and help them with their growth plans.

The qualified pharmacist Cristiana Areias initially worked in the pharmacy. During her master’s degree, she conducted research herself and in 2013, the native Portuguese completed her second master’s degree in public health. In 2014 she came to Germany to start a career in the pharmaceutical industry. After 6 years in portfolio management at Sandoz, she is started a new career in recruitment. Here she is able to use her network and knowledge from her career at Sandoz, but has been constantly expanding it since then.

Danny Boznovski completed his Bachelor of Business (Accounting) in his homeland at the University of Technology, Sydney, and started his professional career as a public practice accountant before moving into customer service and now recruitment. In 2017, Sarah Knochel completed an apprenticeship in hotel management and initially worked in various hotels. In 2019 she started her career as an office manager at a tax office and since 2021 she has ended up in the recruitment department by chance. As an office manager, she supports the daily routine and the personnel consultants in projects and has already been able to learn a lot about the new industry.
