About the Founder
CONQURE was founded by Julia Conzelmann, who brings years of experience in recruiting for the pharmaceutical sector and has successfully managed numerous placements across Europe. Her approach combines deep industry insight with a highly personal and quality-driven consulting style.
After completing her bachelor’s degree in economics at the Friedrich-Alexander University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Julia Conzelmann completed her master’s degree at the University of New South Wales in Australia. In 2015 she started her career in recruitment for the pharmaceutical industry. It quickly became clear that she found her passion and she has been able to support numerous companies in filling positions over the years. She founded CONQURE with the vision of offering the best personnel consultancy in the life sciences industry. Every day she works passionately with her team on this vision and develops it constantly.
